Take a few aircraft pneumatic cylinders. Design and build a midi controlled device capable of switching up to ten devices. Grab a few solenoid valves. Add a bunch of random things to bang on. A little compressed air. Mix it all together and, there you have it, THE MACHINE!!!.

It was built for a performance art party put on by a group called "The Hodge Podge". The entire party was great and The Machine was a big hit (sorry for the bad pun).
